Background: For the past 10 months I have gone to the gym 4x a week. I rarely miss it. I juggle full time school and work as well so I’m pretty busy, I don’t let the work load get in the way even if that means sleeping less but..
lately I have been EXTREMELY busy with school priorities and work, and because of such I have not gone to the gym in about a week and a half now. Usually I make it work regardless, but not with finals coming up.
It sucks (to put it lightly).
I started feeling ‘slobby,’ preoccupied with the thought that my progress was deteriorating but then I remembered this. It helps.
